Hey Guys! Hope you all had a nice week. I had a really fun week as I met my cousins after a long time and went on a short trip. It felt really nice to step out after a long time, though we kept it low-key due to the pandemic. The trip made my skin tanned and a little dull due to exposure to sun and sleepless nights. But I have just the right product reserved for a quick fix during these occasions and so I decided to write a review on it. So today I am going to give a review on The Body Shop Vitamin C Glow-Revealing Liquid Peel.
I think you all would have heard about The Body Shop brand. It is a popular British skin care, cosmetics and perfume brand and has got its outlets all over the world. They focus on using natural products and community trade, and they vouch against animal testing. In my opinion, they sell good quality products but their products are little expensive.

Packaging: the product comes in a 145 ml Orange coloured bottle with a press on cap. The cap can be turned to lock the press on and has an additional stopper to it. It is definitely travel friendly.
Product Claims: the gel-to-peel texture peels away dull, tired skin for a happy healthy glow. It also claims that the PH of the gel helps to release surface cells. It gently peels off impurities and dead skin cells to unveil healthy-looking skin. It contains the most potent Camu Camu Berry.
My Thoughts On It
I use this product whenever I feel my skin looks dull and needs a quick boost or right before a small occasion. The product is translucent in appearance. I take around 2 – 3 pumps and apply on my skin and massage my face until clumps of my skin and impurities are formed and wash them off. My skin feels instantly fresh and brightened.
Pros:
- Removes dead skin and impurities
- Skin feels healthy and fresh
- Brightens skin
- Gives a glow to the skin
Cons:
- Skin feels stretchy for sometime
- It is quite pricey
